M2M HBA is governed by an 11-member Board of Directors that meets quarterly in the months of December, March, June, and September. An Executive Committee of the Board meets monthly on the 3rd Thursday of each month immidately prior to the members Brouhaha unless otherwise noticed. Please see the calendar of events for the exact dates, times, and locations of all Board of Director and Executive Committee meetings which are updated and posted on this web site. Board of Director meetings are open to all members (limited space available). The annual meeting of M2M HBA is held at the 4th quarter meeting and shall be held in a location to-be-determined annually in a space sufficient to accommodate the enrolled members of M2M HBA. |
