Chad Griller, President of Griller Construction Management, grew up in Minnesota and Arizona and received a B.A. in Business Communications from Northern Arizona University.  His thirteen years as a building professional encompass projects from the U.S. Virgin Islands, Rhode Island and Massachusetts to Aspen, Colorado; where his most recent residential project management endeavor was named the country’s most impressive ski house of 2009.  Chad is the Past President of the Mt. Sopris Rotary Club in Carbondale, Colorado and he holds the CRIS (Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist) Designation from the International Risk Management Institute. Chad resides in New Castle, Colorado with his wife Kelly (a published author) and their two children Ivy (5) and Gavin (4).

President, Western Peak, a professional service, investment, and real estate development company. Former legal department director, with domestic and international responsibilities, Airport Affairs & Properties, for Budget Rent a Car Corporation. Prior to joining Budget, David worked as an airport administrator for more than ten years at various airports; including San Francisco International Airport, Fort Wayne International Airport, a major reliever airport to O’Hare International Airport, and as a consultant on several airport projects in England and San Francisco. David has strong governmental and private industry experience, with extensive experience in land-use planning, including sustainable practices; comprehensive contract drafting and negotiations; due diligence in mergers and acquisitions; pre-bankruptcy reorganization; and startup company due diligence, including regulatory and capital market experience. David has a JD from the University of Denver College of Law and a BS from Southern IL Univ. in Airport Management; and David holds his commercial pilots license with instrument and multi-engine ratings.  David has been married to Kelly Fiore since 1985, has two children, Jamie and Curtis and one granddaughter, Hayat Nicole and enjoys, skiing, boating, scuba diving, and mountain biking.

After graduating from Utah State University in 1980 with a degree in Environmental Planning, Tom Stevens came to Aspen, Colorado to begin his career in Land Planning and Design. Five years later he began his own company, The Stevens Group, Inc. and specialized in the development of affordable housing in resort communities. Having been nationally recognized for his successes in the development of affordable housing, Tom has now developed 17 projects and assisted in the development of several others. Actively involved in the Basalt Citizens Group for Community Housing, the Carbondale Housing Advisory Group and the M2M HBA, Tom continues to be involved in the development of affordable housing as well as the building and design industries. Married with two children, Tom spends his free time racing downhill mountain bikes at a national level and coaching the Colorado Rocky Mountain School advanced mountain bike team.

Randell Johnson grew up in Western Montana and graduated from Montana State University with a BA.  Randell is an architect and a LEED AP.  Randell chairs the Sustainable Practice Committee for M2M HBA and is on the Board of the US Green Building Council.  Randell is an Architect and Vice President of Business Development for the Neenan Company with offices in Glenwood Springs and headquartered in Fort Collins, CO.  Neenan recently completed commercial projects at the base of Snowmass and a related affordable housing development.  Randell is married to Angela Johnson and they have two sons (Reece 8 and Zach 5), and an English Lab named Cricket.

John Baker, an architect servign Aspen and the Western Slope of Colorado for more than 25 years.  John is a Certified Green Professional and a certified National Association of Home Builder instructor to teach the Certified Green Professional classes for NAHB.  John also teaches in conjunction with Colorado Mountain College.

For the past 11 years, Shawn has provided the Western Slope with land survey services and is a project manager and partner of BookCliff Services, Inc. located in Rifle, CO.  A native of Illinois, Shawn graduated from Illinois State University in Normal IL with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Recreation and Parks Administration with a Business Minor.  Shawn has advanced his skills including certified coures in Trimble Realworks Advanced 3D software and 3D modling software, Trimple VX spatial station, advanced RTK training, advanced calibration and geodesy, Autodesk Civil 3D for surveyors, among others.  Shawn is an outdoor enthusiast.

A native of Minnesota, Joe Carpenter is a 30-year+ veteran of financial services marketing and management.  He began his professional career in 1976 and since that time, has held positions throughout the United States in industries that include commercial and residential real estate, title insurance, commercial and residential lending, as well as twelve years in mortgage securities and the capital markets.  Mr. Carpenter is a former Regional Marketing V.P. for Salomon Brothers/Residential Funding Corporation, a former Sr. V.P. of Marketing for Wells Fargo/Norwest Direct, a former co-owner, EVP and GM of a commercial real estate and management firm, and is now a Vice President with American National Bank in Rifle specializing  in commercial banking.  Joe has provided marketing consulting services for companies ranging in size from sole proprietors to national conglomerates and has conducted a variety of training seminars on business, marketing and management.

Susan Horning a native of Colorado is currently Branch Manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Susan is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist and has over 7 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry She recently joined Wells Fargo after having her own mortgage banking/brokerage for the past 3 years and manages from Carbondale to Battlement Mesa Colorado. Susan also holds a bachelor degree from CU Boulder school of business in marketing.

John Silich is the founding partner at Maroon Peak Capital, LLC; President/CEO at Pacific Development Group, LLC; and President/CEO of Silich Construction, Inc.  John has been in the construction industry since July of 1972.  Harvard Buisiness School, OPM 38 & Private Equity Venture Capital 2007-09; London Business School, Private Equity 2008-09.  Mr. Silich is the recipitent of the Dale Carnegie - Humanitarian Award in 2007.  John's other interest include reading, running, rugby, All Blacks rugby team, boating, wakeboarding, water and snowskiing, hiking in the mountains with his family and Norwegian Elkhound, swimming, travel, meeting new people, helpthing others, the three B's - Bordezuxs, Barolos and Barbarescos, any time spent with family and freinds.
