TITLE: Enter the code that best
describes the member's business title

Builder/Developer

A remittance of $450, representing the annual membership dues of the Mountain to Mesa Home Builders Association including membership in the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), accompanies this application. I understand that I must also pay a $50.00 assessment of each single family home, duplex unit, and/or multi-family unit that I build and/or remodel.

The maximum building permit assessment per calendar year to be paid by a builder member is $1,000.00.Assessments are payable whether the builder member is the builder, builder-owner, owner, or acting as the contractor for another party.

 

Associate Membership

A remittance of $500.00, representing the annual membership dues of the Mountain to Mesa Home Builders Association, including membership in the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), accompanies this application.

 

Affiliate Membership

A full membership form must be maintained in order for a branch or affiliated company to qualify for Affiliate Membership. A remittance of $100.00, representing the annual membership dues of the Mountain to Mesa Home Builders, including membership in the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), accompanies this application.

 


 

REQUIREMENTS/SIGNATURES/PAYMENT All applicants for membership in the Mountain to Mesa Home Building Association must be sponsored by a current member in good standing. As part of your ultimate acceptance in becoming a member, please provide three letters of recommendation and a Certificate of Insurance before review by the Board of Directors. New members are also required to attend THREE of six General Membership Meetings in their first year of membership and a New Member Orientation.
